AddictionsD U R A T I O N
Smoking/Chewing TobaccoInstant Detoxification. But 6 to 10 doses are required as follow up treatment
AlcoholWithin 8 to 10 hours of first days’ treatment craving for alcohol is eliminated; treatment for 4 to 8 weeks is mandatory, for compensation of damages caused by alcoholism.
Cannabis Detoxification begins on very first day, provided psychosis has not developed. However, restorative treatment will prolong for 4 to 8 weeks.
BarbituratesDetoxification is completed within a day but restorative treatment is required for 4-8 weeks.
OpiatesDetoxification completes within 3 days but 3 months’ treatment is required for complete recovery.

Effects of DETOXIN
A:Detoxin prevents any withdrawal syndrome arising due to sudden abstinence from intoxicants, which are described below:
 1: In Alcoholics

  • Abnormal Evoked Potential
  • Abnormal DT’s Latency
  • Grand-Mal seizures
  • Less number of cycles of REM sleep
  • Hyperglycaemia
  • Increase in serum acetaldehyde
  • Increase in serum Lactic Acid
  • Increase in serum mg++
 2:In Opiate Addicts

  • Increase in serum amylase
  • SGOT
  • SGPT
  • Hyperglycaemia
  • Anxiety
  • High Blood Pressure
  • High Temperature
  • Increased Pulse Rate
 3: In Cannabis Addicts

  • Hyperglycaemia
  • Anxiety
  • Hallucinations
  • Convulsions
  • High Blood Pressure
All above mentioned symptoms are cured after administration of Detoxin.
